We are constantly in need of volunteers and we would welcome new volunteers to our organisation, especially during busy times like in the Puja season. Below is a list of our regional representatives and young volunteers who make a great contribution toward the running of GMBHCA.

Over the last 32 years, the association has celebrated numerous cultural and social events. The association was formed in 1993 and has a membership of over 1000 families in Greater Manchester.

The Greater Manchester Bengali Hindu Cultural Association celebrates Hindu social and religious festivals that include Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja or Diwali, Saraswati Puja and organises cultural activities such as Bijoya Sammilani, Bengali New Year (Naboborsho) and other functions which include Classical, Folk and Bollywood danc
